Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy governs all payments made through zenscio.ai for Insights and Advisory plans. It is designed to be fair to customers while reflecting the nature of our services, which involve the allocation of specialist time and resources. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Foundation Plan: The Foundation (Free) plan involves no payment and therefore is not subject to this policy. No charges are incurred at any point for Foundation access.


1. Service Plans and Payment Terms

zenscio.ai offers the following paid plans:

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes, if any, will be communicated at the point of purchase. Payment is processed via our designated payment gateway partner and is subject to their terms and conditions.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

All card transactions are processed securely. We do not store card details on our servers. Payment processing is handled by a PCI DSS-compliant payment service provider.

3. Cancellation Policy

3a. Cancellation Before Engagement Starts

If you cancel a Insights or Advisory engagement before your specialist has been introduced and before any work has commenced:

Note: "Engagement start" is defined as the point at which a specialist has been formally introduced to the client by email and the first session has been scheduled or commenced.

3b. Cancellation After Engagement Starts

Once an engagement has started (specialist introduced, sessions begun, or deliverables partially delivered):

Example: If you cancel an Advisory engagement ($999 / 15 hrs) after 5 hours have been delivered, you would be entitled to a refund for the remaining 10 hours: (10/15) × $999 = $666, less any gateway processing fees.

If you are dissatisfied with a deliverable, we encourage you to raise your concerns with us directly before initiating a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider.

To raise a dispute:

If we are unable to resolve the dispute to your satisfaction, you may escalate to your payment provider or card issuer. We will cooperate fully with any payment provider dispute resolution process.

6. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated through your bank or card provider, we reserve the right to provide the payment provider with all relevant documentation, including evidence of service delivery and communications, to contest the chargeback where we believe it is not justified. Engaging in a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us directly may result in your access to zenscio.ai being suspended pending resolution.

7. Subscription and Recurring Payments

At present, zenscio.ai does not offer subscription-based pricing. All engagements are one-time, fixed-scope payments. There are no recurring charges and no auto-renewal. Should subscription plans be introduced in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly with at least 30 days' notice to existing users.

8. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable law, including (where applicable) the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK), Australian Consumer Law, or any other applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction. If you are uncertain about your rights, we encourage you to seek independent legal advice.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective from the date they are published on this page. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this policy. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
